By accessing or using LEOSAlocations ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is intended exclusively for active duty law enforcement officers who are qualified to carry a concealed firearm under the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act, 18 U.S.C. § 926B. Use of this Site by retired officers, civilians, or any person not meeting the requirements of § 926B is strictly prohibited. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must register with a valid official law enforcement agency email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User-Submitted Content

By submitting location information, check-ins, or comments to the Site, you:

• Represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge based on personal experience
• Grant LEOSAlocations a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content through the Site
• Acknowledge that submitted content will be attributed to your agency name only — never your personal name — and may be visible to other verified users

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated location information
• Impersonate any law enforcement officer, agency, or other person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with any other person
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically download data from the Site

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Information on the Site may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice. You are solely responsible for verifying carry permissions directly with any facility before carrying a firearm. LEOSAlocations makes no representation that the information on this Site is current, accurate, or legally sufficient for any purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEOSAlocations and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on this Site, including but not limited to any legal consequences resulting from carrying a firearm based on information found here.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, submission of false information, or loss of active law enforcement status.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate federal or state courts.
