Retired officer access is in development
LEOSA Locations currently serves active sworn law enforcement officers only. If you are retired and carry under LEOSA, we are not able to open an account for you yet. A version of the database for retired officers is in development, and we will open access when it is ready.
Please do not request an active officer account
Every application is reviewed by hand, and we have to decline retired applicants under the current rules. Joining the waitlist below is the fastest way to be told when retired access opens, and it saves you and the review team a round trip.
Why the wait
Active sworn members verify with an official agency email address, which is how the community keeps the database limited to officers. Most retired officers no longer have an agency address, so retired access needs a different verification path that protects the same standard. We would rather get that right than open the door early.
Join the waitlist
Leave an email address and we will send one message when retired officer access opens. Nothing else.
Already applied?
If you requested an active officer account and you are retired, the reviewer adds your email to this waitlist when the application is reviewed. You do not need to sign up twice. Questions go through support.
Active sworn law enforcement?
If you are an active sworn officer with an agency email address, you can request access now. Military law enforcement has its own page.
LEOSA Locations currently serves active sworn officers carrying under 18 U.S.C. § 926B. Access for retired officers carrying under § 926C is in development. LEOSA Locations is a community-sourced database. Always verify status directly with facility management. Not legal advice.
