About LEOSA Locations
LEOSA Locations is a community-driven database built by active law enforcement officers, for active law enforcement officers. Our mission is simple: help qualified officers know before they carry.
The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) authorizes qualified active duty officers to carry a concealed firearm in any jurisdiction in the United States, with certain exceptions. In practice, navigating those exceptions, including courthouses, hospitals, airports, sports venues, and private businesses, requires real-world knowledge that is difficult to find in one place.
This site fills that gap. Officers submit locations they have personally visited, report the carry status they experienced, and log check-ins to confirm or dispute what others have reported. Every entry is attributed to an agency, never a name, to protect the privacy of contributing officers.
Important
This site is intended solely for active duty officers under 18 U.S.C. § 926B. It is not for retired officers or § 926C (HR 218) carry. Information may be outdated. Always verify directly with a facility before carrying. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
Access & Verification
Access to the database requires registration with an official law enforcement agency email address and manual review by our administrators. This process exists to ensure the integrity of the community and the safety of contributing officers.
